Struggling to pay your electric bill?

Eversource customers in New Hampshire may now be eligible for our New Start forgiveness program to help eliminate an outstanding balance on their account in as little as 12 months.

Here’s how New Start works:

Eversource will  review customer’s account billing history and set a monthly payment amount based on their electric usage during the past 12 months, minus any energy assistance they receive.

·As long as customers continue to make on-time, monthly payments, we’ll continue crediting their account until the entire balance – as of the date of enrollment – is eliminated.

Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please feel free to include the attached documents on city/town social media, city/town message boards, or news/announcement sections.
